General Summary:
Performs Cyber Protection Team duties for a DoD client, to include CND, CNE, and CNA.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions): COLSA Corporation is seeking candidates for a Cyber Security Analyst. Will apply knowledge of information assurance (IA), computer network attack (CNA), computer network defense (CND), and computer network exploitation (CNE) concepts, practices, and tools for the administration of classified and unclassified DoD computer networks and systems. Knowledge of active defense policy and techniques; information system exploits and remediation efforts; incident response processes; DoD and US Government (USG) information system (IS) accreditation and certification policies, standards, and governance, to include DIACAP, NIST/FIPS, and STIGs.

Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher in related field or equivalent experience.
For degree holders in unrelated fields, relevant certifications (a minimum of 3) may be substituted.
Minimum of 0-10 years of work related experience.
IAT Level III certification required (CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP-or Associate, GCED, or GCIH).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Computing Environment certification (Windows, Linux, networking, etc. ) within 6 months of hire.
TS/SCI clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
Working practical knowledge of DoD cybersecurity requirements
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong initiative and desire to innovate and grow professionally
