HR Manager, ideally CIPD qualified Level 5 + or qualified by experience.

My well established client who possess a reputation for delivering a quality service and exceptional standards are seeking to appoint a new HR Manager to lead and develop a forward-thinking, comprehensive and effective HR service to both staff and managers. Working closely with the Head of HR you will work across various functions of the business to ensure robust end to end processes supporting the entire employee life cycle and running of the department.

Managing multiple projects along the way to ultimately enhance the performance and ongoing development of a superior workforce you will continuously have a focus and be working towards the HR and business strategy. To be responsible for providing expert professional advice and support on all aspects of people management which reflects current employment legislation and best practice.

To succeed in this position you will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing complex ER caseloads as well as leading TUPE activity.
