The Challenge:
Do you want to develop training that will help to transform the way the Navy teaches Cybersecurity and information assurance material? As an instructional developer, you know that even the best tools and processes can’t have impact without the right training. We have an opportunity for an instructional designer who is committed to solving some of the toughest challenges in the Navy by crafting effective training.
On our team, you’ll work with the clients, engineers, SMEs, and instructors to capture training needs and recommend the right learning solution and content to help them accomplish their mission. You’ll help to create training material with a team, including engineers and instructors, following the ADDIE model and the client's series requirements. You’ll use your technical skills and creativity to come up with new ideas to make engaging, interactive courses to include job sheets, test materials, student guides and standalone interactive courseware. To ensure your solution are hitting the mark, you’ll collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model, then work with the team to fine tune your training for maximum impact. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll learn new tools and skills to develop a creative learning experience that will engage students. Join us as we improve Navy learning through Sailor-centered instructional design and development.
